Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AssetScope website, demo environment, and platform (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. The Service

AssetScope is a multi-vertical asset-intelligence platform that predicts equipment failures, explains risk, simulates business impact, and recommends maintenance actions. The publicly accessible environment is a demonstration and evaluation environment that operates on simulated or representative telemetry and is provided for illustrative purposes only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Access to authenticated areas of the Service requires credentials issued by AssetScope or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) access the Service without authorization or attempt to circumvent its security or access controls; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Demo and evaluation access

Demo or evaluation access may be provided at our discretion, may be time-limited, and may be modified or revoked at any time. Evaluation environments are not intended for production use, and their data and outputs must not be relied upon for operational, safety, financial, or maintenance decisions.

5. Customer data and telemetry

Where you connect your own telemetry to the Service under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs the processing of such data. AssetScope processes operational, condition-based telemetry to deliver the Service and does not seek personal data beyond what is necessary to provide it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, models, designs, text, and branding, is owned by AssetScope and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service as expressly permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Confidentiality

Non-public information disclosed through the Service (including roadmaps, metrics, and materials marked or reasonably understood as confidential) is confidential and may not be disclosed without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Outputs in the demonstration environment are generated from simulated or representative data and do not represent real-world reliability of any asset.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSETSCOPE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AssetScope is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where prohibited by applicable law.
